Construct North Duck Creek Water Tower, which includes a new 750,000 gallon spherical single-pedestal elevated water tank, foundation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation and controls, controller modification at the existing Well House #1, telemetry, painting, onsite piping, construction of water main extensions across and along both sides of Route 13, valving, hydrants, fencing, sliding gate, site entrance and access road, site grading and improvements, stormwater infiltration basin, erosion & sediment control, maintenance of traffic, and all appurtenances and incidental items, shown on the plans and in accordance with the Town of Smyrna Standard Specifications, AWWA Standards, State of Delaware regulations, and meeting all permitting requirements. The project location of the elevated water tank is at 5495 DuPont Parkway, Smyrna, Delaware. The contractor will be required to deliver all supervision, labor, materials, equipment and other necessary resources to safely and successfully complete all work described in the conditions and specifications for this project. All work must be completed within Four Hundred and Twenty-Five (425) consecutive days of the date of the Notice to Proceed.
