The Town of Conesus invites sealed bids for the Conesus Town Hall Exterior Painting project located at 6210 South Livonia Rd. Conesus, New York 14435. The project generally consists of the repainting of the white colored surfaces on the exterior of the building. Questions regarding the Bidding Documents are to be emailed to rcorrigan@town.conesus.ny.us no later than 12:00 PM, Monday June 6, 2022 Attention of the Bidder is particularly called to the Owner's sales tax exemption, the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, and the prevailing wage rates to be paid under the Contract. In addition, the Bidding Documents for this project contain detailed requirements for the qualification of Bidders. All bids must include a non-collusion certification in order to be considered. The Town of Conesus reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Town of Conesus is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. Substantially complete the Work as indicated in the Agreement on or before September30, 2022.
