Site work and renovation of a civil project in Piney Point Village, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of Taylorcrest Transmission Line - Water Plant No. 1 Improvements No bid will be accepted by the OWNER if Bidder fails to attend the pre-bid conference either in person or via Zoom. Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: Construction of an approximately 150 linear feet of 12" Water Well Transmission line, which consists of Yard Piping and appurtenances, chemical feed line installation and pavement restoration. Bunker Hill will give notice of the contract award within sixty (60) calendar days after the opening date and time. In conformance with applicable statutes, the general prevailing wage rates in the locality in which the work is to be performed have been ascertained, and such rates shall be the minimum paid for labor employed upon this project. In addition, the successful Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, age, or national origin. Contractor will be required to submit ethics commission form 1295 prior to award of a contract by the City of Bunker Hill Village.
