Site work and paving for a civil project in Piney Point Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Awardee: J. Rivas Construction, LLC in the amount of $865,611.25 Construction project: "HUNTERS GROVE LANE RECONSTRUCTION" The project work for the Hunters Creek Village Hunters Grove Lane Reconstruction, includes the extension of the storm sewer system, removal and reconstruction of residential street paving and driveways. Additionally, the project requirements include traffic control, miscellaneous signage, SWPPP measures, tree protection plan and other items to facilitate construction of this project. The above-described work will be performed in accordance with plans and specifications and any addenda thereto which may be issued prior to forty-eight (48) hours before the opening of bids. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check,or acceptable Bid Bond, payable to City of Hunters Creek Village in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid price submitted, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract within Ten (10) days after receipt of the contract documents. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City may require, to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informality in bids received.
