Site work and paving for a road / highway in Piney Point Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to City of Hunters Creek Village in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid. The Work in this project includes the following: "City of Hunters Creek Village - Little Lisa Lane Reconstruction" 1. The project is located on Little Lisa Lane from Pifer Road to end of Little Lisa Lane. a. The work primarily consists of milling existing asphalt surface 2 inches deep and placement of 2-inch thick Type D asphalt overlay. Ancillary work includes traffic control, curb, and driveway replacement. b. Removal and replacement of approximately 40 SY of existing pavement as shown on plans. c. Replace disposed pavement with new minimum 7" thick high early strength concrete pavement as shown on plans. d. Construct 40 SY of 6" cement stabilized sand subgrade at all pavement replacement locations. Construct subgrade at center of road to edge of road where driveways, sidewalks, or adjacent paving exists, otherwise construct to one foot behind curb. Restore site per specification. Overlay the roadway with 2 inches of asphalt surface mix. e. Install approximately 355 LF of SDR 26 PVC Storm Sewer including one Type "C" Manhole and two Type "BB" Inlets. 2. Adhere to traffic control plan, including proper signage and barricade placement, as shown in plans. 3. Clean up work area and properly dispose of all waste resulting from construction. 4. Replace any items damaged as a result of construction
