Site work and paving for a civil project in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
Work included under this contract consists of all site work to suit project preparation, execution, and completion. This includes demolition of existing superstructure Smithtown Bridge Three Lane over Delaware Canal (#450-3517). It will be replaced with a prestressed concrete box beam superstructure with a 10'-6" clear roadway width. Also included is demolition of existing superstructure Smithtown Bridge Four Lane (#450-3555). It will be replaced with a prestressed concrete box beam superstructure with a 10'-6" clear roadway width. Also included is demolition of existing structure Raubsville Culvert (#450-5890). It will be replaced with a steel plate pipe culvert. Replacement at each structure, except for Raubsville Culvert, will also include paving of the approach roadway and associated timber guiderail. Engineer's Estimate Over $1 Million. Must be PennDOT prequalifed as Prime Contractor in Category S1.
