The Department of Labor and Industry is seeking a contractor to provide interior and exterior window washing service at its Harrisburg office located at 651 Boas Street, Harrisburg, PA. This solicitation is reserved for the Small Business Procurement Program. Only DGS certified small businesses may respond. This is a low cost award. Bid hours are estimates and may be increased or decreased as needed. The anticipated term is to begin August 1, 2022. Prevailing Wage Rates for Class 1 Common Journeyperson apply (Cleaning, scrubbing, washing and polishing floors, furniture and windows through the use of bonding or flying cranes).
