Site work for a mixed-use development in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Design plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
As of February 8, 2024, per owner, a design team has been identified. No contractor yet. Contractor bidding August 2024. Project is currently at the end of the design phase, but on hold due to funding. More budget has been requested and hopefully approved in the new fiscal year in July. Construction hopefully September timeframe. Design services to replace an existing synthetic track and replace the natural grass field with an artificial turffield. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
