Renovation of a laboratory facility in Maumee, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Project scope of work includes the interior renovation of the existing Family Consumer Science Lab and Classroom located in Maumee High School and the existing Family Consumer Science Lab and Classroom, Administrative Offices, and STEAM Lab located in Gateway Middle School. The project will consist of new openings between the Classroom and Lab spaces, flooring and base repair, painting the walls and hollow metal frames, removal of casework and new casework, and electrical, plumbing and exhaust modifications for the Owner (Maumee City Schools), all in accordance with the Contract Documents. No other form will be accepted. Maumee City Schools reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bids and to reject any or all proposals or parts of any or all proposals. The Maumee Board of Education shall issue one prime contract for the described work. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after bid opening.
