Project scope of work includes the interior renovation of the existing Family Consumer Science Lab and Classroom located in Maumee High School and the existing Family Consumer Science Lab and Classroom, Administrative Offices, and STEAM Lab located in Gateway Middle School. The project will consist of new openings between the Classroom and Lab spaces, flooring and base repair, painting the walls and hollow metal frames, removal of casework and new casework, and electrical, plumbing and exhaust modifications for the Owner (Maumee City Schools), all in accordance with the Contract Documents.
