Reference Number 00003079521 This Request for Quotations (the RFQ) is an invitation by the City of Kamloops (the City) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Provision of Sign Posts, Mounts and Hardware. The City estimates an approximate annual aggregate value of forty-thousand dollars ($40,000) in sign posts, mounts and hardware; however, the aggregate value is based on historical figures and operational requirements. At any time, the actual worth is subject to change, and unforeseen developments can result in an increase or decrease in this value. The term of the contract is to be for a period of three (3) years, with two (2) options in favour of the City to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) year.
