For the Hershey Public Schools - Addition and Renovation. The project located at the Hershey Public School is as follows: Project consists of a 33,000 sf new addition and interior renovation in the existing school. work to include: concrete foundations, concrete floors, precast concrete panels, masonry, structural and misc steel, rough and finish carpentry, casework, insulation, roofing, flashings, sealants, aluminum storefront doors / windows, interior doors, tile, resilient and carpet flooring, drywall, ACT, paint and other interior finishes, misc specialties, site concrete, fire sprinkler, mechanical and electrical systems. Any bids containing subcontracted labor (concrete work and erection) MUST be submitted in a sealed envelope containing bid security in the amount of 5%. All proposals shall remain in effect for a period of Thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals. All bids are to be in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all other related Bid Documents, which can be viewed/obtained (electronically) from BD Construction.
