Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hershey, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot educational facility.
As of April 5, 2023, an architect and general contractor have been selected and confirmed. Construction has commenced. A firm timeline for construction completion has not been determined but these renovations are expected to be completed prior to school starting in the fallof 2023. The closed solicitation has been included below for reference. The project will add 30,000 sq. ft. to the school and renovate 55,000 sq. ft. of the existing building, adding a new gym, more classrooms, new kitchen and lunchroom, larger media center and new utility systems, among other features.
