Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Union Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Regrading, realignment and stabilization of existing drainage swale to promote improved drainage. Work includes riprap outlet / channel stabilization, new sanitary sewer manhole, concrete encased ductile iron sewer pipe and incidental construction activities in residential area. Work to be completed in compliance with PennDot 408 specs. Work to be completed by September 30, 2022. All Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid, made payable to Swatara Township. Swatara Township reserves the right, at its option, to waive as an informality any defects, errors, or omissions in any or all Bids; and to reject any or all bids. This is a prevailing wage project. Rates are included with bid documents. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the successful bid amount.
