This Is an Lrip Project. Gravel Base, Hot Mix Asphalt, Shouldering, Restoration and Incidentals. 550' Centerline Bid #1 South Mill Road Start 900' +/- South of Sth 28 at South Side of Bridge, End 550' South of South Side of Bridge. Reshape Asphalt Millings / Gravel Roadway (2%) and Shoulders (4%). Reshape Ditches as Necessary. Dense Base (Import) as Required for Reshape and Shoulder. Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement (Hma) Pave Two (2) Lanes @ 9', 18' Wide Pavement Total, Wider at Culdesac (25' Radius). Total 4" Hma Thickness. 3ft Wide Gravel Shoulders Along All Outer Edge of All Pavement. Ditch Reshaping, Seeding and Mulch Where Necessary to Accommodate 3' Shoulder Width.
