A portion of this project is funded by the State of Wisconsin Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP). The principal items for which proposals are invited are: 13,000 SY Pulverize Asphalt Pavement 100 SY Mill Asphalt Pavement, Full Depth 1,300 CY Undercutting and Base Course Material 350 TN Shoulder Restoration 2,900 TN Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement 21,200 LF Epoxy Pavement Markings, 4-Inch 6,000 SY Topsoil and Seeding Site Address: Kettle Moraine Drive - Town of Barton City: Kewaskum County: Washington State/Province: WI Est. Completion Date: Nov. 29, 2024 Bids shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Town of Barton in an amount equal to 5% of the Bid, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, the Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and the Insurance Certificate(s), as required by the Contract Documents, within 15 days after the Notice of Award of the Contract by the Town of Barton. Failure on the part of the Bidder to do so will result in forfeiture of the Bidder's Certified Check or Bid Bond to the Town of Barton as liquidated damages. The Town of Barton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled time for opening bids. Letting of the contract is subject to Sections 60.47 and 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes as applicable.
