Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roseto, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Work to include the excavation and re- moval of approximately 268 lineal feet of existing slate culvert and twenty-(24") inch corrugated metal storm water pipe, installation of approximately 268 lineal feet of twenty four (24") inch ADS N-12 plastic storm water pipe, installa tion of a Type 6 inlet box with cover ad- justment slab and twenty four (24") inch manhole cover, pavement restoration, 1 12 Superpave bituminous wearing course, concrete sidewalk and concrete curb restoration. Each BID, when submitted must be ac companied by a Bid Bond which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the BID. The Borough of Roseto does not dis-criminate based on race, color, nation origin, sex, religion, age, disability or familial status in employment or the provision of services. The Borough of Roseto is an Equal Em ployment Opportunity Employer. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Per- formance Bond, Maintenance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. The Borough of Roseto reserves the right eject all bids increase or de crease any item or items, to delete any item or items, and/or waive informalities in the Bidding. BIDS may be held by OWNER for a peri- od of not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of BIDS for the purpose of reviewing the BIDS and in-vestigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the CONTRACT.
