Site work for a water / sewer project in Roseto, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work to include the excavation and replacement of various inlet boxes, installation of new inlet tops with bicycle safe grates, connection of existing storm pipes to inlet boxes, pavement restoration, concrete sidewalk restoration and concrete curb restoration. Each BID, when submitted must be accompanied by a Bid Bond which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the BID. Contractors shall be required to conform to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Law The Borough of Roseto does not discriminate based on race, color, nation origin, sex, religion, age, disability or familial status in employment or the provision of services. The Borough of Roseto is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. The Borough of Roseto reserves the right to reject all bids, increase or decrease any item or items, to delete any item or items, and/or waive informalities in the Bidding. BIDS may be held by OWNER for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of BIDS for the purpose of reviewing the BIDS and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the CONTRACT.
