Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For Bituminous Pavement Overlay of East Center Street From Park Avenue to Alpha Road A drop box, located within the foyer of the Municipal Building, shall be provided for the submission of sealed bids. Bidders shall notify the Borough immediately upon delivery of sealed bid. Work is to include milling approximately 1560 square yards of bituminous material, placement of approximately 500 Tons 19 mm Superpave leveling course and approximately 6960 square yards of 1 1/2" 9.5 mm Superpave wearing course . Check must be delivered when plans and specifications are picked up. Plans and Specifications will be available electronically. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Contract Price, made payable to the Borough of Wind Gap. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, to increase or decrease quantities of any item and to eliminate any item or items.
