Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 48,600-square-foot educational facility.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Replacement of roof system down to the existing metal deck and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a SINGLE PRIME LUMP SUM CONTRACT. Question Deadline 04/17/2025 Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Colonial Intermediate Unit 20 is soliciting sealed bids for the Academy Roof Replacement (Project) in the form of SINGLE prime lump sum contract. Document notes: Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address. Documents will be available on March 31, 2025.
