Otherwise, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The official time of receipt of Proposals shall be as determined by the time when your email was received in the EPACS@macewan.ca mailbox. It is the intent of MacEwan University to obtain proposals from Proponents based on their capability, methodology, and related experience in providing Emergency Diesel Generator & Transfer Switch Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services. For the purpose of this agreement if awarded, the first term of the agreement will be for five (5) years from award date with possibility of extension for an additional two (2) year term subject to satisfactory performance. Firm pricing is required for the initial five (5) year term. MacEwan University shall not incur any liability, should it choose not to exercise its exclusive option to extend the Agreement.
