The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than March 30th, 2023 and must be completed no later March 31st, 2023. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $192,500.00 and includes an option to extend for two additional one year-periods and an increase up to a maximum of $577,500.00 at any time during the duration of the Standing Offer Agreement.
