Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dunbar, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of June 27 the project was awarded to Scott Construction Inc, no awarded amount available.. Notice is hereby given by the Dunbar Town Board that it will receive sealed bids for: Lily Lake Rd (starting at Trout Haven heading North) Either Cold Mix Asphalt or Hot Mix Asphalt Approximately 1,860 feet (from intersection to bridge) X 20 feet Bids must include: All traffic control for the project. Fine grading, water and compaction for hot mix asphalt or cold mix asphalt Paving a 2" compacted hot/cold mix asphalt pavement. Material must be made in computerized mixing plant, hauled, placed with paver, and compacted with roller Asphalt must be SS3 or CM-3500 Total cost for project must include price per ton Lily Lake Rd (starting at 100 feet south of pike plains heading North) Either Cold Mix Asphalt or Hot Mix Asphalt Approximately 2,200 feet X 20 feet Bids must include: All traffic control for the project. Fine grading, water and compaction for hot mix asphalt or cold mix asphalt Paving a 2" compacted hot/cold mix asphalt pavement. Material must be made in computerized mixing plant, hauled, placed with paver, and compacted with roller Asphalt must be SS3 or CM-3500 Total cost for project must include price per ton The Town Board of Dunbar reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to the town.
