Fine grading, water and compaction for hot mix asphalt or cold mix asphalt Paving a 2" compacted hot/cold mix asphalt pavement. Material must be made in computerized mixing plant, hauled, placed with paver, and compacted with roller Asphalt must be SS3 or CM-3500 Total cost for project must include price per ton. The Town Board of Pembine reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to the town.
