Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Pembine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,400-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
**Project was awarded to L&D White Builders for $32,393.84 Current bunker size is 40 feet by 60 feet. Walls are 16 feet tall 10 inch thick poured concrete. Roof must meet state commercial building standards. Minimum 60 spf snow load. North end should be enclosed to top of wall. If wood trusses are used should be scissor trusses to allow maximum inside height. All bids must be marked "Bid" on the envelope and returned to Town of Pembine, PO Box 279, Pembine, WI 54156. The Town Board of Pembine reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to the town.
