Project #1: Horseshoe Road - Double Chip seal 20 feet wide 22 feet wide in corners 1.5 miles long. Prefer to use MS5 hot asphalt applied at 30 bottom coat and 40 on top coat using 100% fractured hard rock Bids must include: All traffic control for the project. Final grading, water and compaction before applying double chip. Total cost for project must include price per ton. The Town Board of Pembine reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to the town.
