Work under this Contract includes the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for a road reconstruction project located in Fort Folly First Nation, New Brunswick. Work generally includes: .1 Provide all labour and equipment, including mobilization and demobilization to and from site, to reconstruct Bernard Trail as shown on the Project Drawings and specified in these Specifications; .2 Provision of traffic control and construction phasing/sequencing during construction to minimize traffic delays; .3 Asphalt removal, demolition and disposal of all items required to properly complete the Work; .4 Clearing and grubbing to complete the Work; .5 Replacement of the cross culverts at STA 1+045, STA 1+265 and STA 1+590, including temporary water control, erosion and sediment control, upstream and downstream riprap aprons and roadway embankment reconstruction; .6 Construction of new ditches as required and cleaning out all existing ditches, including driveway culverts, riprap and erosion control; .7 Adjusting all existing manholes with new frames and covers and adjusting existing valves to new finished grade; .8 Excavation and disposal of all excess materials and debris; .9 Road construction complete with granular base and subbase placement; .10 Supply and placement of asphalt base and seal; .11 Supply and installation of topsoil, hydroseed and blown hay mulch; .12 Property restoration work including, asphalt, topsoil, hydroseed and hay mulch and reinstatement of all disturbed areas including signs, property pins, fences, etc. Documents are available at https://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca .
