Awarded to Singleton Construction in the amount of $463,197 Work to be completed is detailed below: Main Complex 50 ft x 125 ft metal framed structure with one 25 ft open bay on the west end sheeted down to the eaves and 22 ft of open roof line on the south side 100 ft of structure to be closed in with 26 ga sheeting Solar eclipse insulation 16 ft eave height Gutters 4 x 4 vent on west end 4 - walk thru doors 3' 0" x 80" with windows 1 - manual rollup door 8' x 10' 1 - manual roll up door 10' x 10' Welding Shop 32 ft x 40 ft metal framed structure with 18 ft wall height on front and 16 ft wall height on rear Solar eclipse insulation Gutters 36" exhaust fan on north side 2- walk thru doors 3' 0' x 80" with window 1 - manual rollup door 12 ft x 14 ft 1 - manual rollup door 10 ft x 10 ft Both new structures to have monolithic slabs and the 50 ft x 125 ft to have concrete under the open bay and open roof line. Both new structures to be attached to existing metal framed structures On existing buildings, we need: 50 ft x 72 ft resheeted Add 1 - manual roll up door 12 ft x 14 ft Replace 1 - manual roll up door 12 ft x 14 ft Replace 1 - double walk thru door 6' 0" x 80" Add 1 - walk thru door 3' 0" x 80" Questions to be made by phone to Lane Davis at 229-359-0185
