Renovation of a mixed-use development in Shepherd, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
o Welded galvanized steel structure elevated 36 inches o 12 rows x 27 ft. long elevated 4 ft. above grade, matching existing grandstand bleacher elevation o 8-inch rise, 26-inch tread spacing(row-to-row) o Semi-closed mill finish extruded aluminum walk boards o Colored aluminum riser/heel boards, blue color matching existing adjacent bleacher section o Include two wheelchair spaces o Include a single aisle w/handrail o Front "connector" crosswalk extension in front of the existing wheelchair ramp o One additional exit stair included to be located at north end of new bleachers o Existing exit stair at the south end of existing bleachers to be moved to south end of new bleachers o Black vinyl-coated chain link fabric for perimeter guard railing o Seating capacity of new bleachers to total approximately 184 o The required concrete slab specifications to be in contractor-provided drawings
