Remodeling and renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Shepherd, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fitness / recreation center; and for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
It will be a remodeling of 2 school classrooms and a hallway into 11 different rooms for it to be used as a Medical Clinic. The project will consist of finished walls, doors, cabinetry, flooring, electrical/lighting and plumbing. All renovations must meet and pass State of Michigan building codes. Shepherd Public Schools, 258 W Wright Avenue, Shepherd, Michigan 48883, reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids received, waive irregularities, and to accept the bid that in their opinion is in the best interest of the Shepherd Public Schools.
