Description

The Village of Shepherd is accepting statements of qualifications, experience, and interest from qualified engineering consultants for providing preliminary, final design engineering, environmental reviews, and permitting services for wastewater system improvements. The project involves addressing defects in the Village wastewater collection system identified by NASSCO certified televised inspections. Sewer lining and manhole rehabilitation are required to maintain the system's structural integrity, improve efficiency, and sustain proper function. The specific locations for the work will be defined in the preliminary engineering analysis. The evaluation will consider familiarity with the Shepherd, Michigan area; relevant previous experience; firm capacity to complete the project; and qualifications and experience of the proposed project team members.
