Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

This project includes: Sidewalk replacement and minor utility repairs at Meridian School and the District Office. Sidewalk repairs will be made at Tripp elementary School American Reprographics Company (www.e-arc.com), 640 North LaSalle Street, Suite 240, Chicago, Illinois, will have complete sets of the Bidding Documents for prospective bidders and subcontractors available for download through their Public Plan room under the "Print Center" link on their homepage. The Bid Documents will be available about May 24, 2022. There is no cost to download the drawings, however, prospective bidders must provide all requested information when completing the download process in order to receive proper updates. Contractors may view the site at other times during the bid period, but they must check in at the main office prior to doing so. Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. The successful bidder is required to pay the general prevailing wage for work as ascertained by the Illinois Department of Labor, and shall submit certified payroll records, in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) and shall comply with all applicable Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity laws. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner.
