Saving Project...

Remodeling of a medical facility in Galesburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 2,195-square-foot medical facility.

The Project is to include the interior remodeling of approximately 1,830 SF of Health Center space, and an additional approximate 365 SF remodeling of the Lab Area - for a total of about 2,195 SF of space. Some exterior sitework is also included as part of the Scope of Work. Other Work to be included is as indicated in the Contract Documents. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General Contract (all trades) A Bid Tabulation will be available to all General Contractor bidders within 24 hours of the Bid Date and Time. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of (5%) five percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of (30) thirty calendar-days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders' Questions: Architect/Engineer will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to (2) two business days prior to conference. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
