The St. Landry Parish School Board is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified Architectural Firms interested in providing complete Architectural Design Services for the following project: Architectural Design Services for St. Landry Parish School Board ESSER III Projects Statements of Qualifications shall only by submitted on St. Landry Parish School Board Standard Qualifications Form STLPSB-AE (dated 1/1/22). Only those firms that have obtained the official RFQ package for this project from the SLPSB Office will be considered by the SLPSB-AE Selection Committee. The original and seven (7) copies of the Statement of Qualifications (Standard Form STLPSB-AE, dated 1/1/22) shall be delivered to Kristi Smith, Purchasing Agent, St. Landry Parish School Board, 1013 E. Creswell Lane, Opelousas, LA 70571. Please note that Prime Firm must use the Standard Form STLPSB-AE Prime (dated 1/1/22). Only Prime Firm forms will be required for submission. Additionally, failure to submit all of the information on Standard Form STLPSB-AE (dated 1/1/22) may be considered non-responsive and may result in the Qualifications Statement being rejected. Proposal Respondents, their consultants, sub-consultants, or other parties representing the proposer for this solicitation may not contact any STLPSB Board Member or Architectural and Engineering Selection Committee member when the members are announced concerning this project from the date of the solicitation until the date of selection. The St. Landry Parish School Board Architectural and Engineering Selection Committee reserves the right to reject all of the submittals in response to this Request for Qualifications.
