The City of Sun Prairie is seeking an implementation partner that will support its achievement of operational and sustainability goals related to the overall performance and operations of facilities, vehicles, equipment, and assets the city uses to provide critical services to the community. This approach could include one or more of the following services: Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC), Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS), resource optimization via AMI data analysis, load disaggregation, and operational assessments of capital assets via investment- grade audits (IGA), detailed on-site analysis, or other service delivery mechanisms. The City seeks to upgrade capital equipment (facilities, vehicles, equipment) in order to reduce resource consumption, beneficially electrify fossil-fuel consuming equipment, and overall meet its goals to implement projects that will result in cost-effective reductions in resource consumption, across city operations and responsible departments. The City of Sun Prairie is interested in identifying potential implementation partner(s) that will assist the city in meeting its overall resource optimization, electrification, and sustainability goals.. The City reserves the right to move forward with none, one, or more components with one or more potential performance partners depending on the responses received and expertise associated with each performance partner's subject matter expertise.
