Contractor shall raise and underseal the specific concrete pads using polyurethane that are shown in the attached drawings. Contractor shall make sure drill holes are filled and flush with concrete. Contractor shall clean up the work area after the work is done. All prices should include all necessary labor, equipment, installation, and any incidentals for scope of work, any haul-off/disposal charges as well. A Pre-Bid Meeting is not scheduled. Questions, requests for information or clarification will be accepted. The City of Chattanooga reserves the right to reject any and/or all quotes, waive any informality in the quotes received, and to accept any quotes which in its opinion may be for the best interest of the City.
