Renovation of a stadium in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Work of this Project consists of removal and replacement of boilers and associated systems to the arena level boiler room & associated spaces of the La Crosse Center building. Construction work includes but is not limited to the following: selective demolition, metal framing, metal soffit panels, EPDM roofing, mechanical and electrical work. The City is contracting directly with an asbestos abatement contractor to perform the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials disturbed or uncovered as part of the project work. Asbestos abatement work will be ongoing simultaneously with work under this contract. The General Contractor is required to interface and coordinate with work being done by the asbestos abatement contractor and any other work being performed by the City. Construction administration services will be provided by ISG.
