Remodeling of an educational facility in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
In general, the Project consists of renovation of existing restrooms. MEP work includes, plumbing piping, plumbing fixtures, mechanical duct modifications, lighting and power. Architectural work includes plastic toilet compartments and hangers, flush wood doors with hollow metal frames, and toilet accessories. Finishes work includes tiling, wall covering, and interior paint. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. Bids may only be withdrawn in accordance with the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. A pre-bid meeting will be conducted by the Owner and Architect/Engineer to answer questions and to enable bidders to examine conditions at the Project Site. Pre-Bid meeting will occur at 10:00am February 21, 2023 at the lobby entrance of the Administration Center.
