Renovation of an educational facility in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the work consists of repair and replacement of damaged brick masonry and mortar, and application of 40 elastomeric coating over sections of brick masonry. All potential bidders must become certified by DOA prior to submitting bids on state construction projects 16 with budgets over $50,000. All bids received from contractors who are not certified will be rejected. These changes 17 take effect January 1, 2014. The bidder is responsible for the sealed bid being delivered to the indicated location or email before the time 32 specified for the bid submission. Third party delivery is entirely at the bidders risk. Construction bidding documents (drawings, specifications and addenda) may be obtained only as downloadable 43 electronic files (in PDF format) from the Division of Facilities Development website. Construction bidding 44 documents may also be available at various Builders' Exchanges.
