The City of Ingleside is looking to install supplemental lighting at the playground located at 2867 Ave J Ingleside, TX 78362. The following are specs and requirements for bids: Install 1" PVC electrical conduit from existing panel at picnic area to shade structure Install new timer unit for lights Install all wiring required install one (1) 150-watt LED parking lot style light (5000K, 20250LM) with wall to slip fitter adapter mounted to steel pole via uni-strut on southeast corner of shade structure Install one (1) 65-watt LED canopy light (5000K,8450LM) mounted to steel pole via uni-strut located under shade structure Install one (1) 200-watt LED parking lot style light (5000K,27000LM) with wall to slip fitter adapter mounted on steel pole via uni-strut located on southwest corner of shade structure Install one (1) 300-watt LED parking lot style light (5000K,40500LM) with wall to slip fitter adapter mounted to wood pole located at northeast corner by road All trenching to be completed by City of Ingleside staff City of Ingleside to provide bucket truck to reach certain areas All vendors are responsible for site and field verifications and ensuring that proposed materials meet City of Ingleside's acceptance and approval. Scope must be followed but recommendations for additional and/or modifications to the scope for better value or cost savings will be considered and evaluated by the City of Ingleside. All permits are required to be pulled with the City of Ingleside. The service charge will be waived for the awarded vendor on this project. City of Ingleside requires the following insurances to be held by vendors throughout the life of the project: $1M Liability Insurance; $1M Commercial Vehicle Insurance; Worker's Compensation Insurance Envelope must be marked with VENDOR NAME and the project title "NO Simmons Playground Lighting."
