The City of Miami Gardens is requesting electronically submitted bids from qualified licensed companies to perform work on the Marco Canal Culvert Headwall and Embankment Project which includes improvements not limited to replacement of headwalls, embankment stabilization, and related improvements including but not limited to sidewalk, guardrail, fences and roadway repair and or construction, at five (5) locations. PROJECT LOCATIONS: The work of the contract shall be performed at the following locations: NW 20 AVE (adjacent to 1985 NW 172 ST) NW 19 AVE (adjacent to 1870 NW 172 TERR) NW 18 AVE (adjacent to 17120 NW 18 AVE) NW 171 ST (adjacent to 17031 NW 18 AVE) NW 17 AVE (adjacent to 16930 NW 17 AVE) Q & A deadline: Sep 15, 2022 5:00:00 PM EDT PROTECTION: 3.3.1 Contractor must provide protection necessary to prevent damage to property 3.3.2 Restore any damage to property to its original condition, at contractor's expense,as acceptable to the City of Miami Gardens. 3.3.3 Contractor shall have "on-site" supervisor fully conversant in the safety procedures to be followed in case of injury and/or accident. 3.3.4 All minimum safety standards required by Municipal, County, State and Federal ordinances and laws shall be strictly met by the contractor. If Applicable, the contractor shall be solely responsible for pedestrian and vehicular safety and control within the work site and shall provide the necessary warning devices, barricades and ground personnel needed to give safety, protection, and warning to persons and vehicular traffic within the area.
