Project Name: SR - 87 at Skousen Road MP 136.62 Project (TRACS) Number: F0521 03D District: Central South Central Route/MP: SR - 87 and Skousen Road MP 136.62 Funding Source: FA Construction Funding FY 2023 This project aims to improve the intersection of State Route (SR) 87 and Skousen Road by installation of new traffic control signals and by adding EB right turn lane at SR 87 and a NB left turn lane at Skousen Rd. The intersection improvements may require utility relocation, right of way considerations, and structure widening. The design consultant shall lead the project development process. Stage submittals shall consist of Stage III, Stage IV and Final PS&E. The Traffic Signal Warrant Evaluation Document will serve as the scoping document. The scope of work should include field surveys to be performed as needed, necessary utility investigations for utility clearance, right of way determinations and right of way clearance, and environmental clearance tasks. The consultant shall provide a bid package which includes plans, specifications and estimates for construction. The design consultant shall also provide necessary project management tasks including coordination, meetings, project schedule updates and comment responses. Document retention, project schedule, and risk register updates within the Workfront platform will be required. There will be no Pre-Submittal Meeting associated with this solicitation. Questions, in writing, shall be received by ECS at the below email address until 3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SOI DUE DATE at 2:00 P.M. (Arizona Time).
