Site work for a road / highway in Payson, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Payson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid or to withhold the award for any reason Payson determines. The construction of two entryway signs per plan per specified locations on East State Highway 260 and North Beeline Highway (Exhibit A). All work must be completed within 90 days of receiving ADOT encroachment permit, unless obvious reasons arise and have been accepted by the Town of Payson Public Works Department. All expenses must be included in bid. Work to include all permits and inspections with Town of Payson and ADOT (Easy Hwy 260 only). Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or surety bond for 10% of the amount of the bid, made payable to the Town of Payson, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. All questions must be submitted to the issuing office by 5:00 P.M. (MST) on April 1, 2024. Prospective bidders are responsible to contact the office of the Town Clerk to be placed on the bidders’ list in order to receive addenda.
