Turner Construction Company, (Turner) as Construction Manager-at-Risk for Harris County, in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 2269.255 is soliciting proposals from subcontractors (including MWBE firms) for the construction of a Harris County Early Release Package. Domestic Water Package Valves (material only), Air Handler Units (material only), LED Lighting (material only) and Domestic Water Pipe Lining, for the 701 N San Jacinto Jail (701 N San Jacinto Street, Houston, TX, 77002). The package procures these long lead items for installation in a package to be bid later, installation of the pipe lining will be scheduled to occur to repair failing sanitary. After receipt of proposals, Turner will conduct its evaluation of the subcontractor proposals in relation to the project requirements and will select the proposal(s) that offer(s) the best value to Harris County, in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 2269.256.
