The City of Greenville, NC is requesting qualifications from engineering firms interested in providing the services required to perform engineering design, prepare construction documents, provide easement acquisition services, and perform construction engineering and inspection and materials testing for the East 4th Street Reconstruction project funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The East 4th Street Reconstruction Project will improve a vital corridor paralleling East 5th St into the Uptown District.
