Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sparta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Contract Time: All work is to be completed within 5 months from the Notice To Proceed Date that the City of Sparta will provide when the Contract is awarded. Payment: Contractor to submit monthly pay request to the City of Sparta and the City of Sparta agrees to review and process pay requests within 30 days from receipt. A total of ten percent (10%) of progress payments, if applicable, will be retained until final acceptance by The City of Sparta has occurred. Successful bidder will strictly adhere to all Current Georgia DOT Regulations, Current GDOT Standards and Specifications, all Current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices guidelines, and all requirements included in the Project Agreement between the City of Saprta and the successful bidder. The City of Sparta reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Multiple Locations Are Available In this Project.
