Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Marion, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a 120,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
The general nature of the work is as follows: Furnish and install approximately 120,000 sf of pre-engineered metal building system as described in Contract Documents, including bridge cranes. Included in the project scope is coordination with suppliers of building components to be attached to the metal building and furnishing of connection materials to attach said building components (i.e. precast wall panels, roofing, hung mechanical items, etc.) to the metal building. PEMB Replacement Package - $4,275,000 PEMB Hardened Structure Add Alternate: $400,000 No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the bidding requirements. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided.
