**As of June 10, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. Award will be discussd on June 13, 2022 . In general, the work shall include the removal of 18 inches of existing base material and subgrade soils, install a geogrid material, install 12 inches of breaker run and eight inches of crushed aggregate base course. The approximate units of the major work items are as follows: Excavate and dispose of 4,200 cubic yards of base and soil. Install 7,800 square yards of a geogrid material. Install 2,600 cubic yards of three inch minus breaker run. Install 1,700 cubic yards of 1.25-inch dense graded crushed aggregate base course. . A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the total bid price, together with an executed Agreement in the form prescribed by the Town, will be required of the successful bidder The Town of Ringle reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Town Construction Phasing a. Place traffic control signage. b. Remove and replace materials one lane at a time and maintain traffic for residents and emergency services. c. Remove approximately 18 inches of existing base materials and subgrade materials. d. EBS soft areas as directed. e. Place geogrid materials f.
