The City of Piqua is requesting bids for work at the Fire Department, located at 229 W. Water St., Piqua, OH 45356 as described in the attached scope of work. Contact Bob Graeser with any questions at 937-778-2004 or by email:bgraeser@piquaoh.org The City of Piqua is requesting proposals for the abatement of pigeon waste on the roof area directly below decking and including all treated deck material off the Fire Department roof located on the second floor at 229 W. Water Street, Piqua, OH 45356. Contractors submitting a proposal will be expected to comply with the following criteria and show proper certifications and accreditations to be authorized to perform the work requested. Two million-dollar liability policy with herbal pesticide endorsement is required. Contractor shall have a nuisance wildlife control operators license under the ODNR and a pest control operator license under the Department of Agriculture. The successful bidder must have and maintain current workers compensation insurance, comprehensive general liability and automobile insurance for bodily injury, death or loss of or damage to property of third persons in the minimum amount of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence with the City of Piqua as an additional named insured. Two million-dollar liability policy with herbal pesticide endorsement is required. Project completion date is to be on or before 8/31/22.
