All datasheets must be completed for Tenders to be considered acceptable by NB Power. NB Power reserves the right to reject Tenders that do not comply with the submission instructions. It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that its information is received by NB Power (that is, uploaded and/or saved to the PowerAdvocate platform) by the due date and time. Any Tender received after the stated date and time will be rejected. As a condition of Award of this Contract, it is mandatory that a representative of the Tenderer attend a Site Conditions and Investigations meeting. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that its representative attends one (1) meeting and is registered as having attended. For convenience, one (1) meeting will begin at 10:00 AM and another meeting is scheduled.The times will be on a first come, first serve basis. Tenderer shall note personal protective equipment consisting of safety hard hat, foot protection, high visibility safety vest, and eye protection must be worn during Site Conditions and Investigation meeting and will not be provided by Owner.
